By using Quilvo, you agree to these terms. They are written to be readable, because the boring parts of a writing business should still be clear.

01 - Welcome
Use Quilvo with care.
Quilvo exists to help writers track drafts, sessions, goals, submissions, markets, and contacts. Use it for that purpose, keep your account secure, and do not use it to store illegal content or harm others.

Age you must be at least 13 years old to use Quilvo.

Account security you are responsible for maintaining your password and account access.

Purpose use Quilvo to track and manage your writing life.
02 - Your content
Your work remains yours.

Ownership you retain all rights to projects, sessions, submissions, notes, and contacts.

Service rights you grant us only the rights necessary to store and display your data back to you.

Exports we recommend regular exports for your own records.
03 - Plans & billing
Free for the essentials, paid for more.
Quilvo offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. We may adjust which features are included in each tier. If we remove a Pro feature that you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.

Pro unlocks additional features and higher limits.

Renewal subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period.

Cancellation you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

Price changes we will notify you before changes affect a future billing period.
04 - Purchases & refunds
Platforms handle the payments.

Web purchases refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact us within 14 days and we will work something out.

iOS companion the iOS app is coming soon. If Apple subscriptions are introduced later, Apple will process those purchases and refunds.
05 - Availability
Built carefully, never promised perfect.
We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We recommend regular data exports.
06 - Account closure
Leaving should be straightforward.

Your choice you can delete your account from Settings.

Subscriptions deleting an account with an active subscription cancels access at the end of the current billing period.

Violations we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
07 - Changes
If terms change, we will say so.
We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Quilvo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
