01 - What we collect
Only what the product needs.

02 - Payments
Card details stay with the processors.
We use third-party payment processors to handle subscriptions. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive payment information on our servers.

Web purchases processed by Stripe. We store subscription references, not card details.

Future iOS purchases if offered, processed by Apple. We receive subscription status, not payment details.
03 - What we do not do
No quiet trade-offs.

04 - Services
A small number of helpers.
We use a small number of trusted services to operate Quilvo. These services only receive the minimum information necessary to perform their function. We do not use third-party advertising services.

05 - Retention
Kept while your account is active.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Deleted projects are kept for 30 days in case you want to restore them, then permanently deleted.
If you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
06 - Your control
Your data, your control.

Export download your data from Settings > Data & Privacy.

Delete delete your account and data from Settings > Profile.

Update edit or correct your information at any time.
You can delete your account directly from within the app or website. Go to Settings > Profile and click "Delete account." This permanently removes your account and all associated data, including projects, sessions, submissions, markets, contacts, and goals.
07 - Children & changes
The necessary details.
Quilvo is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when this policy was last revised.
